1. When and where is the family reunion taking place?
Our reunion will be held July 9-12, 2026 in Montgomery, Alabama. The festivities will begin on Thursday evening and ending with church service on Sunday morning. A full schedule of activities is posted on the website. In order to have the best, most full experience, we strongly recommend planning to arrive Thursday afternoon and to depart Sunday evening.
2. What is the homecoming theme and how should I participate?
As we celebrate our 25th reunion by taking it back to where it all began, we thought it might be fun to bring the energy of a collegiate “homecoming”! Think pep rally, step show, tailgate, and banquet! You can participate by wearing your reunion T-shirt, showing your family spirit, joining in games, participating in our themed events, and cheering on loved ones all weekend!
3. Do I need to register or RSVP in advance?
Yes, we ask that ALL family members and guests register so that we can plan for meals, seating, and activities. We are determined to provide a well prepared, personalized experience for everyone! Registration details and links are listed on the home page.
4. IS THERE A DEADLINE TO REGISTER OR BOOK HOTEL ROOMS?
Yes, both advance registration and hotel booking (at Elevation w/ our group rate) will end on June 1st, 2026. After that point, any additional attendees will need to pay upon arrival, at an increased registration price. We will also not be able to guarantee specific shirt size availability for late registrants.
5. ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment plan options. If you need to register and pay for multiple family members, you may choose to break up the registrations yourself so that you are able to pay the associated fees as funds become available. Once all registration fees have been paid, you may contact the committee and have us manually group the registrants as a family.

7. Will reunion T-shirts or merchandise be available and how can I order them?
Your registration fee includes (ONE) family reunion t-shirt. Additional tees and other themed items will be also available for pre-order. A very limited selection of merchandise will also be sold on-site, but we recommend pre-ordering to guarantee availability of your size(s) and/or preferred item(s).
8. Is there a dress code for specific events?
Banquet/Gala: All white semi-formal.
Tailgate/Cookout: Comfortable and cool in your reunion shirt, paired with any bottoms!
Church Service: Traditional Sunday best attire.
9. What meals are included and should I bring anything for the tailgate/picnic?
Meals for the pep rally, banquet, and family picnic are covered with registration. Late night snacks will be served at the karaoke/talent show! Participation in the “tailgate” is completely optional, but strongly encouraged. Details will be sent closer to the date.
10. Are there activities for kids, teens, and elders throughout the weekend?
Absolutely! The itinerary includes plenty of games/activities for kids; a karaoke/talent show for all ages to get involved in; our traditional, yet modern family banquet; legacy tours and visits for everyone to pay homage to our ancestors; and plenty of space for elders to relax, enjoy, and share stories! All will have a role in this fun, memorable weekend!
